Divine Felines

Divine Felines philosophy is to provide quality companion pets. We do not warranty showing or breeding of your pet. You (the purchaser) agrees to accept responsibility for caring for and providing for this pet except for cases discussed in the paragraphs below. There are no refunds or exchanges on cats for any reasons ( including, but not limited to: landlord problems, marital problems, allergies, behavior problems, etc.). We will be happy to answer any questions or concerns about the care of your pet. PLEASE ASK BEFORE PURCHASING A KITTEN!

The kitten is guaranteed healthy at the time of sale. The purchaser agrees to take their new pet to an Authorized veterinarian to validate this warranty. You have seven calendar days from the date of purchase to complete this visit. ALL VETERANARIAN SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDING VACCINATIONS, WORMING, ETC. ARE AT THE PURCHASERS EXPENSE. If an Authorized veterinarian finds the kitten to be "unfit for purchase" at the initial exam , you must contact me immediately for instructions and/or return the pet within fourteen days from the purchase date. Divine Felines will then replace this pet with on of equal purchase price when another kitten becomes available. Divine Felines WILL NOT PAY ANY VETERINARY EXPENSES OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON and WILL NOT PAY THE BUYERS SHIPPING COST TO RETURN THE KITTEN.

If within the first year from the date of birth of your pet, the pet is diagnosed by an Authorized veterinarian as having a debilitating hereditary defect, which prevents your pet from serving you as a companion pet, Divine Felines will replace the pet with one of equal value (when another kitten becomes available) on the return of the pet. For all claims the purchaser must return the cat with the registration papers if applicable, furnish x-rays, vaccinations records, and written documentation from the vet stating the diagnosis and/or cause of death. A cat must never be euthinized unless the veterinarian determines that the cat is suffering uneccasarily. Claims MUST be made within ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF BIRTH OF YOUR PET and are subject to verification by Divine Felines. Divine Felines WILL NOT PAY VETERINARIAN EXPENSES OF ANY KIND TO DETERMINE OR TREAT THE HERIDITARY DEFECT.

If you purchase a registered pet: It may take up to 90 days for your registration papers to be available for mailing. Paper's will not be issued until a veterinarian statement has been sent to Divine Felines stating the kitten has been spayed/neutered. IT IS THE PURCHASER’S CHOICE AND RESPONSIBILITY TO REGISTER THE PET IF SO DESIRED. PLEASE READ YOUR REGISTRATION PAPERS CAREFULLY. ELIGIBILITY MAY BE RESTRICTED AND/OR DENIED AFTER CERTAIN SET DATES.

This contract is for a pet quality kitten which requires the purchaser to have the kitten spayed/neutered. If the purchaser does not send proof of the spay/neuter to Tanya Boyd (Divine Felines) by the time the kitten is one year old, the purchaser agrees to release the kitten immediately to Tanya Boyd (Divine Felines). No refunds will be given for breeches of contract.

You (the purchaser) will be responsible for any and all legal fees required to enforce this contract.

I understand I am purchasing this kitten from Illinois and only Illinois pet laws apply to the sale of this animal.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. THIS WARRANTY/AGREEMENT IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.
